2022 Holiday Season in Northern Arizona!

Whether you're staying in Cottonwood or Prescott, there are so many holiday activities for you to enjoy! We've listed our favorites here for you to check out and enjoy.


  1. Christmas Festival at Mortimor Farms

Saturday and Sunday from November 26th - December 18th

Spend the day visiting their real working farm and enjoy the farm-inspired rides, Santa Claus visits, a historical Chrimas village display, live nativity scene, candy cane forest, snowflakes, campfires, Grinch, Grisold Christmas, snowmen, gingerbread men, elves, Dicken's Carolers, Christmas circus show, Christmas lights, and hayrides!


If you can't make it to their festival, spend some time writing Santa a letter to 12907 E St Rt 169, Dewey, AZ 86327 and Santa will write back!

Tickets are $15 to enter the farm and an additional $15 to visit Santa between the hours of 3-5 pm.



2. Prescott's Holiday Light Parade & Bonfire Festival

Kick off the holiday season in Arizona's Christmas City with Prescott's Holiday Light Parade! Following the Parade will be a Bonfire with Fun for the Whole Family @ Mile High Middle School Field Get more info at www.ArizonasChristmasCity.com


3. Christmas Parade and Courthouse Lighting with Fireworks

6. 12th Annual New Year's Eve Whiskey Row Boot Drop and Fireworks

At 10 pm & Midnight, an illuminated boot will be lowered from The Palace building’s flagpole. Enjoy live music with The Pickup Lines, Carnival Games & Rides, Food Trucks, Vendors, and Giveaways!

7. Prescott Valley Winter Spectacular

December 3, 2022 2 pm - 8 pm

This free community event will feature activities and performances for people of all ages, a 40-foot Christmas tree lighting, a night light parade, ornament painting, live ice sculpture carvings, character meet and greets, craft, food, ice skating, pictures with Santa, and more!




8. Blazin' M Ranch Holiday Hoedown


November 29th - December 30, 2022 Tuesday through Saturday

Blazin' M Ranch puts on a holiday themed dinner and show complete with sights and sounds of the holidays!



9. The Magical Christmas Journey Aboard Verde Canyon Railroad


November 25 through December 24, 2022

Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 5:30 and 7 pm


Verde Canyon Railroad's Magical Christmas Journey to the North Pole starts at the depot in Clarkdale. The depot is filled with seasonal treats, festive lighting and holiday decor. Santa’s elves entertain and tell the tale of the beautiful Princess Noel and Flurry the Christmas Eagle. Then jump on Verde Canyon Railroad’s decorated passenger coaches and travel on a one-hour round-trip to “Santa’s private tracks” after passing through the illuminated mystical tunnel.



10. Sedona Festival of Lights

December 10, 2022. 3 pm - 8 pm


Tlaquepaque and Tlaquepaque North

Enjoy live musical entertainment, a visit from Santa, and free cider!

At 5:00pm, the lighting of 6,000 luminarias gets underway in Tlaquepaque’s courtyards and walkways.

Enjoy shopping and dining at the many cute shops and restaurants in the village.
